The club has been
instrumental in the recent expansion
of the harbor. Club members were asked for
input and took part in many of the meetings with Iron County officials,
the Corps of Engineers, the engineering firm and contractoring companies
who worked on the project. As the primary
users of the harbor, we felt our past experiences and knowledge of the
harbor could help shape the direction of the project so that new harbor
users would feel this facility offers a good value for the services and
amenities provided.
